Sushi here was really good, if not a bit pricey, and service was excellent. Nice downtown Asian vibe. We did not make reservations but got seated immediately. They have a really cool overhead light that is filled with water and gives a shimmery effect to the ground. Definitely recommend.
We go to Five Fusion every chance we get. The menu is creative and evolving and the Owner/MasterChef is renowned – read his bio on their website. The staff, from the servers to bartenders to kitchen, are warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Making a dietary omission or substitution has never been a problem. I think we’ve tried every dish on the menu more than once. We just can’t pick a favorite. Always fresh, always the most authentic ingredients. Cocktails and saki list are a whole other story 😊
The atmosphere at the restaurant is excellent. The photos on the wall are quite unique as well as the water feature above the main dining area. The service was excellent as was the food, especially the beef spare ribs. The location right downtown is perfect. We were quickly greeted as we entered, they knew we had a reservation right away and the server was friendly and quite attentive.
Five fusion is one of the best restaurants in Bend with you like sushi or not. The menu offers a variety of food selections along with daily specials. We set at the bar and had great service from Willy and Joe. They provided recommendations for food and drinks which were all 5 star. We also noticed all the staff seemed happy to be at work. This place is a must if you have the opportunity.
We celebrated a birthday at Five Fusion & Sushi Bar recently, and it was a fantastic experience overall! Our reservations were honored promptly, with only about a five-minute wait when we arrived, which was a pleasant start. The menu looked incredible, and we were particularly excited to try the Chef's Choice Sashimi big. We're so glad we did; the fish tasted incredibly fresh and had a wonderfully silky texture. Among the other rolls we ordered, the spicy yellowtail truly stood out – I'd never had it before, and I'm thrilled I tried it here. For drinks, I ordered an Old Fashioned, which was pretty basic and nothing to write home about. However, the Japanese beer I had was absolutely delightful! Parking was a bit of a hassle, but it's peak summer, so that's to be expected. The service was great, and the overall ambiance felt wonderfully upscale. We had a truly enjoyable birthday celebration!
Wow. The experience here was absolutely amazing. I cannot stress just how good the sushi is. Got some sake from an extinct type of rice? It was perfect. And the desert! Friend banana with the best icecream ever. Amazing. A must go
Excellent food. We had a couple of rolls, the miso cod lettuce wraps, and eggplant. All were perfect. We had a featured unpasteurized sake that was delicious. The service was great as well. Highly recommend.

5 fusion has the best food and the best service without question…. 100% satisfied every time. Autumn at the bar is a master of her craft and couldn’t have been nicer. Drinks were perfect. Be back tomorrow, and the next day prob….again on Thursday;)
